Eid Bunting - pdf

NEW for 2026, this Eid Bunting is the perfect way for everyone to get involved creating decorations for Eid.

As with all our religious festival resources, it also offers spiritual care. By co-creating this bunting, adding words or pictures of things which are important to them, participants are encouraged to notice and remember good things in their lives.

The bunting is designed so you have to do the minimum number of cuts and the flags are the right width for a hole punch to make the holes. All you need to provide is ribbon or string to hang them up.

The instructions say:

Draw a picture in the white triangle of people or things that are important to you.

Colour in the pattern flag with colours which remind you of the people or things which are important to you.

Cut out the flags along the dotted lines and attach them to some string to create your bunting.

Put up your bunting to decorate for Eid. When you see it, let it remind you of people or things that are important to you.
