Two Questions - pack of 8 reflective postcards

This delightful set of eight A6 postcards gives you eight of my watercolour paintings each with a different variation of Two Questions to help you reflect on your day.

The Two Questions are from the Ignatius practise of The Examen and are a simple way to reflect on your day, your week or your month, asking yourself what you are most grateful for, what are you least grateful for; what was best, what was worst; what are you struggling with, what is helping you; what made you feel alive today, what drained life from you.

You might like to choose your favourite picture or questions and use that card for a while, then switch when you want a change. Or pick a different card each time you use it. It's completely up to you.

You may want to buy a set so that you can share them with people you meet or work with. It's a simple spiritual practise which requires no religious faith, just a desire to reflect and discover more about yourself.
